About the position

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Action Behavior Centers (ABC), you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to children on the autism spectrum. Your primary responsibilities will include day-to-day case management, conducting initial intake and recurring assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs. You will be expected to provide over 30 treatment hours per week, ensuring that each child receives the attention and support they require. Additionally, you will offer consistent family guidance, helping families navigate the challenges associated with autism spectrum disorder. In your role, you will lead and educate a dedicated team of Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs), fostering a collaborative environment that aligns with ABC's core values. You will also be involved in discharge and transition planning for children on your caseload, ensuring a smooth process as they progress in their treatment. For those in the Clinical Director position, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee the center's operations, mentor BCBAs and RBTs, and maintain clinical quality training and compliance.
