Responsibilities

• End-to-end responsibility for an individual 'module' within a BCG client engagement.
• Develop specialized knowledge to help solve clients' problems.
• Work on a variety of digital topics, applying generalist consulting skills to strategic digital & technology questions.
• Create strategies for change and win buy-in for recommendations.
• Collaborate with fellow BCGers to transform client potential into performance.
• Answer strategic questions related to AI, data analytics, and digital services delivery.
• Support digital transformation efforts by developing digital strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, computer science, economics, supply chain, logistics, system engineering, business management/administration, or relevant field.
• 4+ years of practical experience in IT/ERP consulting, professional software development, or IT project management.
• Experience with custom software solutions, eCommerce platforms, cloud platforms, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle (Financials, NetSuite, Fusion, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, etc.).
• Exceptional learning and ramp-up skills, especially on IT topics such as data and digital platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills.
• Ability to work creatively, autonomously, and analytically in a fast-paced problem-solving environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps.
• Experience in managing large-scale ERP and IT projects/programs.
• Knowledge of GenAI and its potential use cases.
