About the position

As a Senior Consultant at BCG Platinion, you will take on end-to-end responsibility for an individual 'module' within a client engagement, developing specialized knowledge to address complex digital and technology challenges. You will collaborate with clients to understand their issues, create strategies for change, and work alongside fellow BCGers to transform client potential into performance. Your role will involve answering strategic questions related to digital transformation, AI disruption, data analytics, and agile methodologies, contributing to the core consulting team at BCG.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for individual modules within client engagements.
• Develop specialized knowledge to solve clients' problems in digital and technology areas.
• Collaborate with clients to create strategies for change and win buy-in for recommendations.
• Work alongside BCG teams to transform client potential into performance.
• Answer strategic questions related to AI, data analytics, and agile methodologies.
• Facilitate technical and strategic working sessions with clients and internal teams.
• Lead the creation of client-specific strategic materials and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, computer science, economics, supply chain, logistics, system engineering, business management/administration, or relevant field.
• 4+ years of practical experience in IT/ERP consulting, professional software development, or IT project management.
• Experience with custom software solutions, eCommerce platforms, cloud platforms, SAP, Salesforce, or Oracle.
• Exceptional learning and ramp-up skills on IT topics such as data and digital platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps.
• Knowledge of GenAI and its potential use cases.
• Experience in managing large-scale ERP and IT projects.
