About the position

Copeland Chevrolet Hudson is seeking a BDC and Social Media Manager to enhance their Business Development Center (BDC). This role involves managing customer inquiries, directing leads, and building the dealership's social media presence. The ideal candidate will be motivated, resilient, and capable of coordinating a team to achieve sales goals while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming email leads and phone leads
  • Work with internet leads to set appointments for vehicle demonstrations
  • Direct customers to product information resources
  • Deliver inquiries/messages to other sales personnel and departments promptly
  • Manage the dealership's social media accounts and build community presence
  • Post at least 3 times a week on Instagram and Facebook, and potentially start a TikTok account
  • Analyze data to develop more effective sales strategies
  • Provide quality customer service and train others on sales techniques
  • Work independently and lead a collaborative environment

Requirements

  • Minimum three years automotive sales experience preferred
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficiency with all social media outlets
  • Drive to hit sales quotas and goals
  • Must submit to and pass pre-employment testing including background checks and drug screening
