About the position

Davidson Ford of Clay is seeking a BDC/Online Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for potential customers. This role involves managing phone calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries for the Sales department, and scheduling appointments for customers to meet with Salespeople. The ideal candidate will be friendly, energetic, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service, contributing to the dealership's high review ratings.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to identify their individual needs and opportunities for our Sales department.
• Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails.
• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails based on leads and inquiries of prospective customers.
• Keep appropriate notes in our system so that any potential customers may be helped accurately.
• Set appointments for prospective customers to meet with a salesperson.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• A multi-tasker that can provide great customer service.
• Detail and process oriented.
• Proficient using computers and learning new systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• High levels of self motivation.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
