About the position

As a Guest Experience Coordinator at Grappone Automotive Group, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, managing inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves handling inbound calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records, all while contributing to a positive customer experience in a family-owned dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads via phone, email, and website inquiries
• Schedule appointments for our sales teams
• Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicate with sales and service teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
• Meet and exceed performance metrics

Requirements

• Energetic and self-motivated individual with a passion for customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a BDC or call center environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must pass background, reference, and drug tests
