About the position

The BDC-Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engage audiences, and drive sales. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our marketing goals.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support sales initiatives through targeted social media campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts.
• Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner to foster community relations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of sales principles including sales pipeline management and retail math.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for crafting engaging content.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
