About the position
The Gastroenterology Group of Northern NJ is seeking a full-time Advanced or General Gastroenterologist to join a collaborative and dynamic team. This position offers extensive opportunities for growth within a well-established group specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal conditions and procedures. The role includes a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends, and the opportunity for partnership and revenue stream options.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat gastrointestinal conditions and diseases.
- Perform GI procedures in a certified endoscopy suite.
- Participate in on-call duties for one hospital, averaging one week every six weeks.
- Collaborate with a team of gastroenterologists and nurse practitioners to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Board Eligible (BE) or Board Certified (BC) in Gastroenterology.
- Unrestricted New Jersey Medical Licensure with DEA and CDS.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with specialty equipment such as Capsule Endoscopy, Hydrogen Breath Test, and Fibroscan.
- Interest in partnership opportunities and ASC buy-in.
