About the position
Located on the Island's west end, just a short drive from the main gate, sits the highly-anticipated Cape Club featuring an oceanfront infinity pool with chaise lounges and cabanas, an expansive sundeck overlooking the Atlantic, beach service, and a Latin-inspired restaurant led by Kiawah Island Club Chef Nico Quintero and James Beard Award winner and Club Culinary Advisor Chef Mike Lata. The restaurant will also offer food and beverage service poolside and by the beach, providing Members with the opportunity for al fresco daytime dining throughout the year. The menu reflects an elevated take on traditional Central and South American flavors and preparation with an emphasis on fresh, local seafood and great cocktails and mixed drinks. This is a full time position is for either AM or PM.
Responsibilities
- Provide food and beverage service poolside and by the beach
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and pool area
- Lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
