About the position

The Beach Club VIP Ambassador at The Boca Raton is responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with guests requiring special attention, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from reservation to check-out. This role involves coordinating with various departments to meet the needs of VIP guests and providing luxury service throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain relationships with VIP guests and coordinate their day-to-day operations.
• Ensure accurate and individualized information is provided to guests regarding hotel features, services, and amenities.
• Facilitate guest service requests following Forbes Five Star standards.
• Build strong relationships with VIP guests and property departments to understand and serve their needs effectively.
• Collect and manage guest preferences throughout their stay.
• Communicate changes in VIP status to the Executive Office and Guest Experience Department.
• Create and update resumes and itineraries for guests prior to and during their stay.
• Provide detailed daily incoming VIP reports to the resort.
• Act as a liaison between guests and property departments.
• Manage guest profiles and ensure all team members adhere to service standards.
• Resolve guest complaints and escalate recurring concerns as necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year college degree preferred with emphasis on foreign languages.
• Previous work experience in high pace operations and/or telemarketing inbound sales preferred.
• Experience in a luxury environment preferred.
• High proficiency in computer software, apps, and websites preferred.
• Ability to speak and write in English with intensive customer focus and reliability.

• Experience in luxury hospitality environments.
