The Lead Supervisor is empowered to make decisions that align with the company's goals and is responsible for training, coaching, and motivating team members while ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Developing, coaching, training, and retaining talent.
  • Championing credit and loyalty programs.
  • Ensuring the team can inform, educate, and promote benefits to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Executing and leading store merchandising direction and standards.
  • Managing product flow, inventory flexing, and store operations functions.
  • Utilizing business reports to guide decisions and hold self and others accountable.
  • Understanding and using company standard software, systems, and procedures.
  • Inspiring and motivating a team to deliver results through feedback and recognition programs.
  • Creating a sense of teamwork, collaboration, and engagement among associates.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-2 years minimum of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Zebra PDA, POS Systems, Microsoft Office Programs, and Payroll/Scheduling Software.
