Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest experience and drive sales through customer service.
  • Promote and educate guests on credit and loyalty programs to build guest loyalty.
  • Execute store merchandising direction and standards, product flow, and inventory management.
  • Utilize company standard software, systems, and procedures effectively.
  • Engage in teamwork to accomplish store goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
  • Experience with Zebra PDA and POS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work varying hours including days, mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
