A typical day as a Supervisor includes coaching, training, and retaining talent within your team. You will champion our credit and loyalty programs, ensuring that your team is well-informed and able to promote the benefits that enhance the shopping experience for our guests. You will also be responsible for executing store merchandising direction and standards, managing product flow, and overseeing inventory flexing and store operations to maintain a consistent brand experience. Utilizing business reports will be essential in guiding your decisions and achieving high-performance standards. You will need to understand and effectively use company-standard software, systems, and procedures. Inspiring and motivating your team through recognition programs will be a key part of your role, as will creating a collaborative and engaging environment among associates. Additionally, you will be expected to perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the store and the satisfaction of our guests.
