You will also be responsible for executing store merchandising direction and standards, managing product flow, and overseeing inventory flexing and store operations to maintain a consistent brand experience. Utilizing business reports will be essential in guiding your decisions and achieving high-performance standards. You will need to understand and effectively use company-standard software, systems, and procedures. Inspiring and motivating your team through recognition programs will be a key part of your role, as will creating a collaborative and engaging environment among associates.
