Responsibilities

  • Coaching, training, and retaining talent.
  • Championing credit and loyalty programs.
  • Ensuring the team can inform, educate, and promote benefits to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Executing store merchandising direction and standards, product flow, and inventory management.
  • Utilizing business reports to guide decisions and deliver high-performance standards.
  • Understanding and using company standard software, systems, and procedures.
  • Inspiring and motivating a team through recognition programs.
  • Creating a sense of teamwork, collaboration, and engagement among associates.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-2 years minimum of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Zebra PDA, POS Systems, Microsoft Office Programs, and Payroll/Scheduling Software.
