Responsibilities
- Coaching, training, and retaining talent.
- Championing credit and loyalty programs.
- Ensuring the team can inform and educate guests about benefits and offerings.
- Executing store merchandising direction and standards.
- Managing product flow, inventory flexing, and store operations functions.
- Utilizing business reports to guide decisions and deliver high-performance standards.
- Understanding and using company standard software, systems, and procedures.
- Inspiring and motivating a team through recognition programs.
- Creating a sense of teamwork, collaboration, and engagement among associates.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1-2 years minimum of supervisory experience preferred.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Zebra PDA, POS Systems, Microsoft Office Programs, and Payroll/Scheduling Software.
