About the position

As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you will play a crucial role in helping clients discover beauty products that enhance their confidence and meet their beauty goals. The role requires staying updated on beauty trends and delivering exceptional client service in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to understand clients' beauty goals and recommend suitable products.
  • Demonstrate product application techniques in makeup and skincare.
  • Stay current with the latest beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and create an inclusive environment for all clients.
  • Participate in sales and promotional events to enhance client engagement.
  • Assist clients with order pickups and provide excellent service during their visit.
  • Help maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store.

Requirements

  • Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
  • Passion for client service and beauty.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
