About the position

As a Beauty Advisor at Sally Beauty, you will be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, dedicated to empowering customers to express themselves through hair and beauty products. Your primary objective will be to create a memorable shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they feel valued and informed throughout their beauty journey. This role requires a passion for beauty and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will assist customers with a variety of products, including hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, acting as a knowledgeable advisor to guide them in their selections. Sally Beauty is committed to providing extensive training and knowledge to help you succeed in this role, while you bring your unique personality and passion for beauty to the team. In your role, you will build relationships with customers, inspiring loyalty and encouraging them to return. You will recommend additional and complementary products, inform customers about current promotions and events, and set up advertising displays to highlight sales and promotional events. Ensuring that customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program will also be a key responsibility. You will complete transactions accurately and efficiently, maintain a professional store environment, and communicate any inventory issues to management. Additionally, you will embody and demonstrate the Sally Beauty Culture Values, contributing to a positive and engaging workplace. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, stretch, reach, and lift moderately heavy items.
• Ability to work around moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasionally be exposed to irritant chemicals.
