About the position

The Beauty Advisor at Sally Beauty plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing expert advice on beauty products, including hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. This position focuses on building relationships with customers, informing them about promotions, and ensuring they are enrolled in the Loyalty program. The role requires a passion for beauty and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, supported by training and knowledge provided by Sally Beauty.

Responsibilities

• Create a memorable shopping experience for customers.
• Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products to customers.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, stretch, and reach as required.
• Ability to work around moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasionally be exposed to irritant chemicals.
