About the position

The Beauty Advisor at Sally Beauty is a vital role focused on creating memorable shopping experiences for customers in the beauty sector. This position involves building relationships, providing product recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through knowledgeable service. The advisor will also be responsible for maintaining a professional store environment and promoting the company's loyalty program.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products to customers.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, stretch, reach, and lift moderately heavy items.
• Ability to work around moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasionally be exposed to irritant chemicals.
