About the position

The Beauty Advisor at Nordstrom Oakbrook is responsible for driving sales through exceptional customer service and relationship building. Responsibilities

  • Seek fashion and product knowledge to enhance expertise.
  • Collaborate with the team to keep the department customer-ready, including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and light cleaning.
  • Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
