The Beauty Confidant at Chanel Bloor is responsible for delivering a personalized and exceptional client experience in-store. This full-time position focuses on providing superior client service, achieving sales goals, and building strong relationships with customers to enhance the brand's presence and customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior client service by demonstrating interest, courtesy, and sincerity.
- Extend exceptional client care to every customer through consultations.
- Utilize selling skills that relate to customer needs.
- Achieve sales goals planned for the year for your Fragrance & Beauty account.
- Increase the customer base and build business for the future.
- Build strong in-store business relationships through effective communication.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide a luxury client experience.
- Motivated by achieving sales plans.
