Responsibilities

• Maximize weekly sales and exceed sales goals in assigned Ulta Beauty locations.
• Build brand awareness through education and consultative sales techniques, including product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong retailer relationships to elevate store-level support for Perricone MD.
• Generate and participate in store-generated and corporate events.
• Maintain visual standards set by Perricone MD.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in retail sales as a sales associate or freelance support.
• Proven track record of exceeding personal sales targets.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the brand's needs, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ideal candidates will hold a state-issued aesthetics license, though it is not required.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in product demonstrations (1 year preferred).
• Customer service experience (1 year preferred).
