P&G's BeautyHouse is the in-house, multidisciplinary design studio for beauty brands around the world. We are comprised of a diverse array of skills, backgrounds, and viewpoints. As a BeautyHouse Graphic Designer within P&G, you will focus on developing a broad range of creative work, consisting of 2D package design, in-store, and digital activation. As a hands-on creative, you will need expertise in the relevant design software to deliver established design concepts to finished executions and an understanding of the creative design process to bring your ideas to life. You will collaborate with other like-minded creatives and multidisciplinary teams to support the business needs. You will build concepts and execute the visual strategy for the brand across consumer touchpoints including packaging, promotional materials, visual communications, eCommerce, social media, etc. Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced consistently and creatively. Communicate and justify conceptual and directional choices. Be accountable for excellent execution.
