About the position

The Beauty Sales Consultant at CVS Health is a customer-focused role within the beauty retail division, responsible for providing exceptional sales service and beauty advice to customers. This position emphasizes building relationships with clients, sharing knowledge about beauty products, and ensuring a top-notch shopping experience. The consultant will engage with customers, educate them on product usage, and maintain a well-organized beauty zone in the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable sales service to customers in the beauty zone.
• Engage with customers to ensure a fantastic beauty advisor experience through personalized sales service.
• Utilize effective upselling and suggestive selling techniques to build a robust sales basket for each customer.
• Answer customer questions with detailed product knowledge to maximize sales.
• Create and maintain product displays and promotional materials for key brands.
• Participate in company sales programs and events to positively impact business.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beauty zone, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
• Complete ongoing training and educational programs to stay current on sales and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Sales-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use sales data and product knowledge to meet sales goals.
• Goal-driven with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to perform ear-piercing services (training provided).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
