• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized sales advice.
• Utilize upselling and suggestive selling techniques to enhance customer experience and sales.
• Educate customers on product usage and benefits, leveraging CVS beauty programs.
• Create and maintain attractive product displays and promotional materials.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and maintain a clean beauty area.
• Participate in sales training and meetings to stay updated on products and promotions.

Requirements

• Sales-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use sales data and product knowledge to meet sales goals.
• Goal-driven with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to perform ear-piercing services (training provided).
• Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
