About the position

The Beauty Tech Startup Growth Manager for Marketing & Business Development at Laduora will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's marketing strategies and driving business growth within the beauty and wellness industry. This position requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, focusing on innovative marketing campaigns, strategic partnerships, and business development initiatives to expand Laduora's market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Revise brand guide; align on goals, metrics and create tracking dashboards.
  • Optimize Paid Socials for higher conversion and AOV's.
  • Target lower CAC.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across all channels (digital, social media, email, and influencer marketing) to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling campaigns and content that aligns with Laduora's brand positioning and resonates with target audiences.
  • Lead product marketing efforts for new product launches, including go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging.
  • Drive data-driven decisions by setting KPIs and analyzing campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts and return on investment (ROI).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, collaborations, and distribution channels to expand Laduora's market reach.
  • Cultivate relationships with key industry stakeholders, retailers, and distributors to grow Laduora's sales channels both domestically and internationally.
  • Develop business models and strategies for entry into new markets and regions.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with partners, ensuring mutual benefits and long-term growth.
  • Lead influencers, providing strategic direction and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and execution.
  • Establish collaborative working relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to enhance marketing efforts and drive business growth.
  • Position Laduora as a leader in the beauty and wellness market by maintaining and enhancing brand reputation through PR and media outreach efforts.
  • Own the growth of key metrics, including customer acquisition, retention, lifetime value (LTV), and return on marketing investment (ROMI).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and business development, MUST in the BEAUTY OR BEAUTY TECH industry.
  • Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns and business development initiatives that drove revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on collaboration and mentorship.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, and brand-building strategies.
  • Experience in strategic partnerships, negotiations, and market expansion.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with CX software, Shopify, Klaviyo, and other online platforms and tools for daily operations.
