About the position

Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and diagnostics.
- Document patient care and treatment plans.
- Promote preventive care and health education.
- Evaluate patient conditions and risks.
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Provide coaching and counseling to patients.
- Ensure quality and timeliness of work.
- Demonstrate leadership within the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Current Delaware APN or PA license.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Ability to perform CPR.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in relevant fields.
- Experience in Pediatrics, GYN, and Family Medicine preferred.
- Previous experience as a Physician Assistant in Emergency Room, Wellness Center, or Internal Medicine and/or Family Practice required.
- Graduate of a Nationally Certified and Accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
