The Beef Sales Development role at Semex's Boviteq division involves building and maintaining professional relationships with clients, breeders, distributors, and partners. The position focuses on achieving sales targets, collaborating with various teams, and promoting Boviteq's innovative reproductive technologies across the U.S.

  • Achieve sales targets by growing in key areas and maintaining sales volume with established accounts
  • Collaborate with Semex staff, client service, and marketing team to achieve company goals
  • Travel throughout the US to support veterinarian partners, OPU centers, visit clients and attend key industry events to promote Boviteq
  • Collaborate with the Boviteq team for the achievement of client satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for sales; maximizes sales at margins that align with company goals
  • Work with technical support specialist to improve client results and ensure retention, attend quarterly performance meeting with key accounts, work with clients to manage IVF and ET programs
  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture field
  • 5 years of sales experience
  • Self-motivated; ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, strong desire to help clients
  • Previous agriculture experience required
