About the position

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Autism Learning Partners (ALP), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining in-person supervision with telehealth services, and provides a clear path for career advancement within a supportive environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting functional behavior assessments, and mentoring Behavior Technicians, all while contributing to a culture of clinical excellence and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and support.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop innovative ABA programs.
  • Continuously evaluate client needs and provide parent education.
  • Stay calm and professional in challenging situations and adapt to change with flexibility.
  • Proactively communicate and take initiative to create a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Mid-level CPT coding experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in leading research initiatives.
  • Familiarity with telehealth assessments and Central Reach.
