About the position

The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position involves conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for patients with developmental disabilities. The role requires implementing behavior intervention strategies, providing direct therapy services, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care. This is a contract position with a hybrid work model, offering flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with developmental disabilities
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and techniques to address challenging behaviors
• Provide direct behavior therapy services to clients, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions

Requirements

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children
• Knowledge of behavioral health principles and evidence-based practices
• Strong assessment and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in data collection and analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team (Must Supervise the RBT's)
• Must have Medicaid enrollment
