About the position

Bancroft is seeking a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center of Excellence in Mullica Hill, NJ. This full-time role involves working with adults with autism and related diagnoses who experience acute behavioral challenges. The BCBA will lead the assessment and treatment of challenging behaviors, manage ABA Specialists, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide effective behavioral services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the development and implementation of behavior analytic services within Individual Service Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Lead the development and implementation of behavior plans, including functional behavior assessments and treatment evaluations.
• Engage in ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming.
• Identify training needs and develop and conduct trainings for staff.
• Conduct and oversee team screening admission evaluations and intake assessments; manage admission, transition, and discharge processes.
• Coordinate and lead clinical case review meetings to discuss the needs of persons served.
• Serve as a behavior analysis expert to the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
• Conduct and present research to internal and external audiences.

Requirements

• Master's degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Minimum of two years of related experience.
• BCBA certification required.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience in functional assessment and treatment development preferred.
• Prior management experience preferred.
