About the position

The Youth Behavioral Clinic Supervisor will lead the development of the Youth ABA program at a new clinic in Jefferson City, MO. This full-time, hybrid position involves providing clinical services, training, and support for children and their families, while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The supervisor will also oversee staff productivity and maintain high standards of care within the clinic.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assessment, evaluation, training, and education for clients, families, and staff.
  • Conduct behavioral evaluations and act as a liaison for psychiatric supports.
  • Participate in ongoing assessments and develop behavioral intervention plans.
  • Meet with clients and their families to discuss progress and respond to emergencies.
  • Prepare and submit written reports regularly and maintain caseload files.
  • Participate as a member of multi-disciplinary teams and professional meetings.
  • Provide staff and family training on implemented programs.
  • Review all Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Support Plans prior to implementation.
  • Conduct home/community visits and consumer supervision as needed.
  • Ensure all FBAs and behavior support plans are current and contain measurable goals.
  • Sit on Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and psychiatric appointments as needed.
  • Maintain billable hours spreadsheet and ensure staff productivity.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with BCBAs to review productivity and scheduling.
  • Track and ensure 5% supervision is met for staff members.
  • Create and maintain satisfaction surveys to identify key performance indicators.
  • Monitor and maintain certification documentation for staff members.
  • Review billing for BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians regularly.
  • Participate in community activities to promote company growth.

Requirements

  • Master or doctorate degree in a human-related field that meets or exceeds state funding source requirements.
  • Independently licensed or certified BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
  • Three or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or ASD.
