About the position
Aspire Educational Services is seeking dedicated and experienced Behavioral Consultants (BCBA and/or LBS) to provide comprehensive behavior analysis services to students in school settings. The role focuses on addressing behaviors that impede learning, conducting assessments, designing positive behavior support plans, and training staff. The position offers the opportunity to work with students K-12 in various schools across Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs, emphasizing a commitment to high-quality treatment and community support.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive behavior analysis services to individuals, focusing on behaviors that impede learning.
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results in accordance with state requirements.
- Collaborate with teachers to design positive behavior support plans.
- Train staff and teachers on implementing positive behavior support plans and function-based interventions.
- Support the implementation of school-wide positive behavior supports framework.
- Deliver professional development to school partners.
- Develop positive relationships with school partners and their staff.
- Work with students K-12 in various schools in Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate; LBS is a huge plus.
- Master's degree from an accredited ABA program or equivalent academic credentials.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in school districts and charter schools in Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties.
- Strong technical ABA skills.
- Team player with a desire to make a large impact in a small-but-growing agency.
