The Behavior Intervention Development (BID) position at 360 Behavioral Health is essential for guiding the professional growth of clinical staff, overseeing clinical programs, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to individuals with autism and developmental delays. This role involves managing a caseload, providing supervision and training to behavior technicians, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

  • Carrying a caseload to meet set billable services, including providing a minimum of 100 billable services a month or 95% of assigned supervision hours.
  • Ensuring that 85% of clinical direct services are provided monthly with few or no cancellations.
  • Providing an accurate utilization report to supervisor of caseload monthly.
  • Individualizing Student program development across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors.
  • Monitoring Student progress, conducting ongoing assessment, and making data-driven adjustments to the treatment plan as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of Student progress, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Consulting with school team and Director on behavior treatment plans, recommendations, and transition plans.
  • Providing feedback to the team regarding instructors on each case.
  • Conducting observations and developing individualized treatment plans based on findings.
  • Collaborating with other professionals to coordinate care and ensure support to Students.
  • Supervising a team of behavior technicians, including providing ongoing training, guidance, and support.
  • Providing formal performance evaluations with respect to following program procedures, administrative tasks, direct therapy, and parent training skills.
  • Providing clinical consultation that includes behavior plans and programming to clinical staff.
  • Completing reports for behavioral health treatment plans for the caseload, including written data-driven program summaries of the services provided during the authorization period.
  • Maintaining reliable communication to record scheduled appointments and return phone calls within 24 hours.
  • Ensuring that the company's 'zero tolerance policy' is understood, implemented, and reinforced in the region.
  • Ensuring that Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) compliance is understood and reinforced in the region.
  • Implementing Student behavior plans across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors.
  • Complying with all Mandated Reporting Laws and Regulations.
  • Must possess a master's Program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • 2 years' experience providing behavior analysis services to individuals including direct service delivery with individuals with varying diagnoses, diverse levels of functioning, and broad range of ages in the school setting.
  • 1 year supervision experience including Student program development across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, in school settings.
  • Report Writing expertise in all empirically evaluated assessment and intervention strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent clinical and leadership skills.
  • Fluency with all Microsoft Office programs.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, honest, articulate, excellent time management skills, and skills to work independently.
  • Professional demeanor, well-organized, and attention to detail.
  • Skills consistent with serving culturally and linguistically diverse families in low and high socio-economic status areas.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills to interact with Students, family members, and School-based staff.
