The Stepping Stones Group is seeking Behavior Interventionists to join their team in schools located in Holland, OH. Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans for students with special needs.
- Record data on student behaviors and progress.
- Collaborate with educators and clinical leaders to support student development.
- Utilize de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviors.
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must have ParaPro or Educational Aide Permit.
- At least 2 years of school-based experience working in special education.
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and de-escalation training.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with online resources and therapy ideas.
