Responsibilities

  • Work with clients through tailored programs addressing specific strengths and weaknesses.
  • Utilize various ABA techniques and strategies in school and home settings.
  • Teach language and communication skills through behavior intervention and positive reinforcement.
  • Collect, record, and maintain data on each client's progress.
  • Attend monthly clinic meetings for ongoing training and support.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or Higher (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
  • Undergraduate coursework related to Behavior Interventionist work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Behavior Analysis, Autism, Psychology, Social Learning, or related fields.
  • Experience as a Behavioral Health Technician, BCBA, or similar roles.
