Responsibilities
- Work with clients through tailored programs addressing specific strengths and weaknesses.
- Utilize various ABA techniques and strategies in school and home settings.
- Teach language and communication skills through behavior intervention and positive reinforcement.
- Collect, record, and maintain data on each client's progress.
- Attend monthly clinic meetings for ongoing training and support.
Requirements
- Associate Degree or Higher (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
- Undergraduate coursework related to Behavior Interventionist work experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in Behavior Analysis, Autism, Psychology, Social Learning, or related fields.
- Experience as a Behavioral Health Technician, BCBA, or similar roles.
