Responsibilities

• Provide in-home behavioral intervention to children affected by autism.
• Travel to clients' homes and community settings as required.
• Attend to the safety of the child and surroundings during sessions.
• Engage in activities with children, which may include playing on the floor or in child-sized settings.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to enhance skills in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
• Proof of immunization records and TB test required.
• Ability to work variable hours, particularly in the afternoon and early evening.
• Strong interest in working with children, with previous experience preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Currently enrolled in college or having graduated from college is preferred.
