The Behavior Interventionist position involves providing in-home therapy to individuals with various intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. The role focuses on utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to enhance communication, social, play, and motor skills while reducing challenging behaviors through evidence-based interventions. The Behavior Interventionist will work closely with a supervisor to collect detailed data on each program and demonstrate effective implementation of targeted programs for families.
