Responsibilities

• Design ABA programs for children with autism.
• Supervise behavior technicians in implementing ABA interventions.
• Train parents and technicians on intervention strategies.
• Conduct assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA.
• Participate in monthly clinical summits and continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Master's degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science, human development, social work, or rehabilitation.
• 1-year experience as a behavior technician implementing ABA interventions with children with autism.
• 1-year experience as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge and experience with DTT, NATS/NET, VB.
