Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is urgently hiring for Behavior Technicians! We offer part-time positions in home, school, and community settings in West Hills, CA, along with comprehensive paid training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with autism in various settings such as homes, schools, or the community.
  • Work under the guidance of a program supervisor to instruct clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence.
  • Assist in addressing challenging behaviors and collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
  • Commit to a 6-month period of consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability for FULL-TIME schedules from 7:45am-3:00pm and part-time evening schedules starting from 3:00pm
  • Ability to commute up to 5-20 miles or 30-45 minutes
  • Childcare experience required
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
