Responsibilities
- Run programming for clients in the Brecksville office and in-home settings.
- Work with children and young adults with special needs.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide effective therapy services.
- Document client progress and communicate with families about their child's development.
Requirements
- RBT Certification (or willingness to obtain certification with company support).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs.
- Entry-level position, under 1 year of experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Educational background in speech language pathology, occupational therapy, psychology, or physical therapy.
- Experience in a therapeutic or educational setting.
