About the position

The Behavior Technician (BT) position at Achievement Beyond Limits, LLC involves providing in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to a 14-year-old male client in Bridgeport, CT. This role is focused on delivering direct service under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, with a commitment of approximately 15 hours per week, primarily during evening hours from Monday to Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home ABA services to a 14-year-old male client.
• Work directly with the client to implement behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst for ongoing supervision and support.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and behavior data.

Requirements

• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Experience working with children with autism.
• Ability to work in-person and provide direct services.

Nice-to-haves

• Certification in PMT (Physical Management Techniques) is preferred but optional.
