About the position

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position at Footprints Behavioral Interventions involves working with children who have special needs, particularly those on the autism spectrum. The role focuses on implementing Applied Behavior Analytic programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The position is available for both part-time and full-time schedules, offering flexibility and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Implement Applied Behavior Analytic programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • Work with children on the autism spectrum to promote behavior change and skill development.
  • Collect and track data using electronic systems and company-provided tablets.
  • Participate in monthly team meetings and team-building activities.
  • Engage in community outreach programs.

Requirements

  • Must be certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as an RBT.
  • Possess a minimum of 2nd year undergraduate education in Special Education, Child Development, or a related field (BA/BS preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in delivering Applied Behavior Analytic programs to children.
  • Ability to interact positively with staff, families, and clients.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Availability to work weekdays.
  • Ability to provide evidence of negative TB test results.
  • Pass FBI & DOJ fingerprinting and background check.
  • Reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver's license.
