About the position
The Behavior Technician role at Applied ABC involves working directly with children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The position focuses on implementing individualized behavioral intervention plans and collecting data during therapy sessions, contributing to the overall mission of providing family-focused care and improving access to life-changing therapy services.
Responsibilities
- Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
- Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
- Regular communication with supervisory staff
- Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect therapy session data
Requirements
- 1 year minimum of ABA experience
- BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education
