About the position

The Behavioral Aide position at Prism Healthcare involves providing in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children and young adults with developmental disabilities, primarily Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The role focuses on direct interaction with clients to support their social skills development and manage maladaptive behaviors, while also collecting and managing data related to their progress. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth within the field of ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services to children and young adults.
• Support social skills development and manage maladaptive behaviors.
• Collect and manage data related to client progress.
• Participate in professional and refresher training throughout employment.

Requirements

• Must have at minimum a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a reliable means of transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must pass TB test and DOJ/FBI Live Scan criminal background check.
