About the position
The Behavioral Health Case Manager role at ViaQuest involves providing therapeutic behavioral services to a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. The position focuses on individualized care, service planning, and crisis prevention, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive support tailored to their unique needs. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday, with a pay range of $18 to $21 per hour, depending on education and experience, along with a monthly incentive program for exceeding productivity expectations.
Responsibilities
- Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs.
- Provide service planning for individualized supports or care coordination of healthcare, behavioral health, non-healthcare services and development of a treatment plan.
- Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services.
- Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
- Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma plus three or more years of relevant field experience or Bachelor's or Master's level degree in a related field.
- Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
