Responsibilities
- Perform psychiatric evaluations of inpatient patients to determine mental health and substance abuse care needs.
- Provide direct clinical psychosocial therapy to patients, utilizing individual, group, and family therapies.
- Assess each patient's age-specific needs and provide appropriate treatment and care based on growth and development principles.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work required.
- Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in the state of Connecticut is required.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong documentation and computer skills.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Bilingual in English and another language (Spanish or Polish) required.
