About the position
The Behavioral Health Clinician position at Cambridge Health Alliance involves providing psychosocial care to a diverse client population. The clinician will be responsible for evaluating and treating an assigned caseload of clients, working under social work clinical supervision. This role is part of the Portuguese Team within the Outpatient Department of Psychiatry, which aims to deliver maximum benefit from outpatient care across various programs.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat an assigned caseload of clients.
- Provide a range of psychosocial care services.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver effective treatment.
- Work at one or more service sites under clinical supervision.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions.
Requirements
- Current MA licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW.
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese is required.
- Minimum of clinical internship training or job experience in clinical human service work.
