About the position

The Behavioral Health Consultant at INTEGRIS Health will work within a primary care team to provide exceptional care to patients with both medical and behavioral health issues. This role focuses on identifying, triaging, and managing patients, utilizing psycho-education and patient education strategies to promote self-management and develop behavioral change plans through evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, triage, and manage primary care patients with medical and behavioral health problems.
• Utilize psycho-education and patient education strategies to develop patient self-management programs.
• Develop specific behavioral change plans for patients using brief evidence-based treatment interventions.
• Collaborate with primary care staff, patients, and other behavioral health clinicians to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
• Licensed LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LBP, or other Licensed Mental Health Professional in the state of Oklahoma.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous professional experience in behavioral health is preferred.
• Experience in a medical setting is preferred.
