About the position

As the Behavioral Health Marketing Coordinator and Community Liaison at Diverse Expressions Counseling, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote behavioral health services while fostering relationships within the community. This role involves outreach to community organizations, healthcare providers, and potential clients to enhance awareness and access to services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that elevate the visibility of our behavioral health services within the community.
• Act as a liaison between Diverse Expressions Counseling and community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to creating marketing materials tailored to community needs.
• Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and health fairs to promote services and engage with potential clients.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local organizations and referral sources to enhance service accessibility.
• Monitor and analyze outreach effectiveness and community feedback to refine marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure messaging aligns with service offerings and community needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or experience in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Experienced in marketing, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Proven experience in community outreach and relationship-building.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively.
• Knowledge of behavioral health issues and services is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
